HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.21903 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioners pray for the following relief :- " ........ to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents for non-issuing of the Pattadar Pass books and Title Deeds in favour of the petitioners in spite of submitting the application dated 20.03.2018 under Section 6A of A.P.Record of Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and violation of principles of natural justice apart from violation of provisions contemplated under the A.P.Record of Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and consequently direct the respondents to issue the Pattadar Pass Books and Title deeds in favour of the petitioners in respect of the land total in an extent of Ac.0408 guntas in Sy No 267, Manasiguda Village, Shankarpalli Mandal, Rangareddy District......" .

I have perused the material on record. The application since does not conform to the procedure in vogue, by giving liberty to petitioners to apply in accordance with the extant procedure and thereafter, if inaction continues, invoke the jurisdiction of this Court, the writ petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
