THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.75 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ is filed challenging the transfer orders vide proceedings No.P3/255(18)/2002-RM/KP, dated 23-11-2002 of the petitioner from Vidyadhara Puram Depot of Krishna Region to West Godavari Region.

2. It is represented that the above transfer orders were suspended by way of interim orders dated 03-01-2003 and no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

3. In view of the submissions of both sides, writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim orders dated 03-01-2003.

No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
