The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent 2 in interfering in the civil disputes, which the petitioner has with unofficial respondents 3 and 4 herein, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, to direct the respondent 2 not to interfere in the civil disputes by way of compromise with unofficial respondents 3 and 4. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondents 1 and 2, and Sri Avinash Desai, learned counsel appearing for respondents 3 and 4. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 15.11.2019, a copy of which is placed on record of this Court, submits that three cases were registered against the petitioner on the file of the Kukatpally House Board Police Station in Crime Nos.681 of 2016, 1492 of 2017 and 1279 of 2018 for various offences. Learned AGP further submits that the authorities have issued a notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. to the petitioner and in reply thereto, the petitioner gave an undertaking stating that he will cooperate with the investigation and he will appear before the Station House Officer concerned as and when required, and the above cases are pending for collection of documents from the concerned authorities. Learned AGP submits that, except conducting investigation into the above cases, the respondent police never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner at any point of time. 4.

Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader on behalf of official respondents 1 and 2 on the basis

of the written instructions to the effect that except conducting investigation into the matter, respondents 1 and 2 never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner with unofficial respondents 3 and 4, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.
