This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in interfering with the civil disputes of the petitioner. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that no complaint as on today received against the petitioner and hence summoning the petitioner to the police station does not arise; and that the respondent police never interfered with the civil disputes muchless the dispute of the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
