OFFICE NOTE 25.04.2022 KS,J I.A.No.2 of 2022 This Application has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court vide Order dated 07.12.2021 in Crl.Petition No.8895 of 2021 to appear before the S.H.O., Siddipet III Town Police Station on every Sunday between 10.00 AM and 2.00 PM and not to leave the State till completion of trial.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Heard the learned Public Prosecutor.

Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, this petition is partly allowed and the condition imposed by this Court vide Crl. Petition No. 8895 of 2021 dated 07.12.2021 is hereby modified.

3. The petitioner is directed to appear before the S.H.O., Siddipet III Town P.S. once in a month instead of every Sunday. Accordingly condition is relaxed partly.
