THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.7385 of 2019 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 to A3 to quash the proceedings in connection with crime No.462 of 2019 on the file of the SHO, Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Rachakonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 468 and 471 r/w 34 IPC.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. 3.
On earlier occasion, the petitioners sought for the relief from this Court and this Court, vide order, dated 17.09.2019 in Crl.P.No.5797 of 2019 directed to follow the guidelines prescribed by the Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar v State of Bihar and another 1 and also directed the police authorities not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner. This order was passed in the quash petition filed by A1.

The petitioners again filed the present petition to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.462 of 2019 under the self same ground. Since the order has been passed by this Court to follow the procedure under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., the petitioners are directed to comply with the directions issued in the said case and co-operate with the investigation and 1 AIR 2014 SC 2756
directed to follow the procedure as laid down under Section 41-A Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners relied on a decision reported in Mohammad Ibrahim and others v State of Bihar and another 2. The facts in the above decision are different from the facts of the present case and is not applicable to the present facts of the case.
