THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI APPEAL SUIT No.1064 of 1998 ORDER:

As there was no representation for both sides on 29.12.2017 and also on 24.01.2018, this Court directed that this Appeal Suit be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 25.01.2018. On 25.01.2018, the matter was again directed to be posted to today i.e., 02.02.2018, under the same caption. Yet again, there is no representation for both sides. The conduct of the appellants indicates that they are not interested in prosecuting the Appeal Suit. 2.

In the result, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for default. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
