O R D E R

In this writ petition, petitioner is praying for implementation of the award passed by the Labour Court, Anantapur in I.D.No.174/ 2003. Earlier the writ petition was adjourned to enable the learned Government Pleader to obtain instructions as to whether the Presiding Officer is now posed to the Labour Court and is working. The Government Pleader on instructions informs the court that the Presiding Officer is now working in the Labour Court at Anantapur. Petitioner has an effective and efficacious remedy available for enforcement of the award passed by the Labour Court. Since the Labour Court is now functioning, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, leaving it open to the petitioner to invoke its jurisdiction for enforcement of the award.

No order as to costs.
