The petitioner is A4 in Crime No.171 of 2018 on the file of Keesara Police Station, Rachakonda District. The crime is registered on 01.05.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 420 & 285 IPC and Section 15 of the Environmental Protection Act.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State of Telangana and perused the F.I.R., bail application averments.

As the learned XVI Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-XVI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Rangareddy District at Malkajgiri in Crl.M.P.No.2638 of 2018 by order dated 21.06.2018, in dismissal of the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner-A4, directed the police that they shall follow Section 41-A Cr.P.C. scrupulously for none of the offences are punishable above seven years, there is nothing to consider the present application, but for if at all any notice issued by the police to comply with and the police strictly follow
