Since the parties have arrived at settlement and entered into compromise before the Lok Adalath, pursuant to which, award dated 29.12.2016, is passed by the Lok Adalath constituted by the High Court Legal Services Committee, the present petitions are disposed of in terms of the said award and the proceedings in PRC.No.18 of 2016 on the file of XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, and S.C.No.12 of 2016 on the file of Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Kurnool, are hereby quashed. The terms of the said award shall form part of the record.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these petitions, shall stand closed.
