HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.30452 of 2016 ORDER:
This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not taking any action on the representation dated 05.05.2016 submitted by the petitioner for mutation of her name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.25 cents in RS.No.24/7B-1 and Ac.0.25 cents in RS.No.24/7A-1, as illegal and arbitrary.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner cannot be granted relief since she purchased the subject land through agreement of sale.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner also paid amounts as directed by the authorities.
These are all the aspects which are to be considered by the 4th respondent while disposing the representation of the petitioner. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 4th respondent is directed to
dispose of the representation dated 05.05.2016 submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
