The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 4 for not registering the crime nor arresting the accused pursuant to the complaint dated 1.9.2017. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home submitted that a crime was registered under F.I.R No.321 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 504, 506 IPC and Section 3(1)(r) (s) of SC, ST, (Prevention of Atrocities Act), 1989 on 19.1.2017. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
