Since the tax effect of the appeal is less than the ceiling limit prescribed under Circular No.21/2015, dated 10-12-2015, and also since we have dismissed I.T.T.A.No.251 of 2016 by order dated 19-72016, rejecting the contention that the case would fall within the ambit of para 8(c) of the Circular, this appeal is also dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. No costs.
