Petitioner has grievance against the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, alleging that the order of Inspector General of Police, dated 03.03.2018 transferring the petitioner to Wanaparthy District, is not implemented and petitioner is not relieved by the Commissioner of Police. If petitioner has grievance against Commissioner of Police for not relieving him and to comply the directions of the Inspector General of Police, he ought to have availed appropriate remedy and ventilate his grievance to the higher authority but cannot rush to this Court seeking implementation of the decision of lower authority by another officer.

At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to make a representation to the higher authority. 4.
Thus, granting liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the higher authority, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
