HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.28346 of 2015 ORDER : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) When this matter is called for admission, it is represented by learned counsel for the petitioners that pursuant to the impugned auction notice, which is published in Andhra Jyothi Daily Newspaper on 12.02.2011, no auction has taken place for want of bidders and that if any auction is to be held, fresh notice has to be issued in accordance with law. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is made clear that if fresh notice is issued, the petitioners are at liberty to pursue the remedies available under law.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
