THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4373 OF 2016 ORDER :

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is covered by the judgment of this Court reported in Thripuravaram Krishna Redddy v. Joint Collector, Cuddapah[1] and same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and Sri V.R.Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the 4th respondent.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Writ Petition is allowed in terms of the judgment in Thripuravaram Krishna Redddy v. Joint Collector, Cuddapah (supra). However, it is open for the 4th respondent to approach the Civil Court under Section 8(2) of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 for declaration of his rights. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stands closed.
