When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for Home submits that the police already filed charge sheet in the above crime and the cause in the writ petition does not survive for further adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
