HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE SUREPALLI NANDA c 2 67o ORDER:
1. The petitioner filed the present Contempt Case complaining violation of the orders of this Court dated 05.06.2023 passed in W.P. No. 24571 of 2OL4, and the relevant portion of the order is as under:
"Without going into the merits and demerits of the case, taking into consideration the main prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition and also para 104 of the counter affidavit filed by the 1st respondent which clearly indicates that the file of the petitioner after receipt of representation of the petitioner had been processed to the higher authorities from time to time and there is no ill intention of the respondents as well as Secretary, APSWREIS in examining and considering the petitioner's representation and also the fact that 'no orders have been passed .on the petitioners representation dated 1g.11.2011, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner,s representation dated 1g.11.2011, in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the ctate of receipt of copy of the order and pass appropriate orders in accordance to law inconformity with principles of natural justice and communicate the decision to the petitioner. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Learned Government Pleader for Services appearing on - behalf of respondents placed on record the Proceedings vde Rc.No. T/DIS/Z-v/Estt/BILA/2004, dated 06.02.2024 issued by the Principal Secretary to Government SCD Department and Vice Chairman, Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad and submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 18.11.2011 had been considered as per the directions of this Court dated 05.06.2023 passed in W.P. No.24571 of 2014 and detailed speaking order has been passed and communicated to the petitioner. 3.
Bringing the said submission on record, the present Contempt Case is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies as available under law.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall also stand closed.
