THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.2612 of 2004 JUDGMENT:
This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal under Section 110-D of Motor Vehicles Act is filed assailing the order dated 07.01.2004 rendered in O.P.No.1034/2000 on the file of the Motor Vehicle Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-I Additional Sessions Judge, East Godavari at Rajahmundry.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that the parties have amicably settled the matter before the Lok Adalat and that the Lok Adalat passed an Award dated 14.11.2014. A copy of the
said Award is placed on record.
3. In view of the settlement before the Lok Adalat, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award. The Award of the Lok Adalat shall form part of the decree. The parties are entitled for refund of Court fee as per the rules. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
