Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus directing the respondents to produce Syed Nazeer @ Chemcha Nazeer, husband of the petitioner (for short, "the alleged detenu") before this Court and also for a direction to the respondents to give all the crime particulars available with them against the alleged detenu.

After arguing the case, Smt. B. Mohana Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to her client to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate for appropriate relief. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. __________________________ C.V.
