CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.21803 of 2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for certiorari to set aside award, dated 29.12.2017, in Arbitration Case No.242 of 2012 on the file of the Arbitral Tribunal of the Sole Arbitrator, Hyderabad. 2.

Today, at the hearing, Ms.P.Radhika, learned counsel representing Mrs.G.Uma Rani, learned counsel for the petitioners, has requested for permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his clients to avail any other appropriate remedies available to them in law.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, I.A.No.1 of 2018 filed by the petitioners for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
