O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed assailing the order dated 28.12.2016 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad, in I.A.No.3634 of 2016 in S.A.No.512 of 2016. S.A.No.512 of 2016 was filed by the petitioner herein in relation to the measures initiated by the State Bank of India under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

It is now represented by Sri Maruthi Jadav, learned counsel representing Sri B.S.Prasad, learned standing counsel for State Bank of India, that the loan account of the petitioner was closed on 18.05.2017 under a One Time Settlement Scheme. In that view of the matter, cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits. The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
