THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.3398 OF 2017 ORDER:
The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking action against the respondents 3 to 7 pursuant to the complaints, dated 06-08-2016, 04-09-2016 and 23-01-2017 of the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and take necessary action against the respondents 3 to 7 pursuant to the above complaints.

When the matter is called today, written instructions, dated 06-02-2017 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Golugonda Police Station, Visakhapatnam Rural District, have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. 3.
As seen from the above written instructions, it is clear that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, the 2nd respondent herein registered a case in Cr.No.58 of 2016, dated 04-09-2016 against the respondents 3 to 7 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 506 and 188 r/w 34 I.P.C.

In view of registration of crime pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
