Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for respondents 1 to 4 and Sri Ravi Cheemalapati, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.5.

In this writ petition the grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of his submitting representations dated 15.06.2014 and 29.10.2014 to respondents 3 to 4 against the 6th respondent, who made illegal constructions adjoining to the road margin in R.S.No.408/7, 8, of Rollapalem Village, Amalapuram Mandal, East Godavari District and not leaving any set-backs for ingress and egress, and is opening gates to the road by obstructing 3 feet length on the road, no action has been taken so far. Hence the present writ petition is filed. Considering the prayer in the writ petition and the allegations made against the 6th respondent, I deem it appropriate to direct respondents 3 and 4 to take into consideration the representations made by the petitioner forth with and if the said allegations are found to be true, necessary action may be taken.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
