This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners- A6 to A8, A10 and A11 seeking to relax the condition imposed by the learned V Additional Sessions Judge at Bhongir, Nalgonda District, in Crl.M.P.No.1079 of 2015 in Crime No.173 of 2014. While granting bail to the petitioners, the learned Additional Sessions Judge imposed a condition directing them to appear before the learned Magistrate on every Monday and Thursday at 11 a.m., till the charge is filed.

Heard.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above condition is relaxed.
