THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT C.R.P.No.149 of 2010 ORDER:

By way of present revision, the petitioners questioned the order dated 16.12.2009 in I.A.No.2791 of 2009 in O.S.No.2355 of 2009 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, whereunder the petition, filed by the respondent No.1 herein under Order 38 Rule 5 C.P.C. seeking order for attachment of the movable properties of the petitioners herein, was ordered. This Court while issuing notice before admission granted interim stay on 25th January, 2010 and the same is subsisting. As per the telephonic information from the concerned Court, O.S.No.2355 of 2009 was already disposed of on 23.09.2011.

In view of the facts recorded above, the revision petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
