HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 8522 of 2021 O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. is filed by petitioner - Accused No.1 in Crime No. 762 of 2020 on the file of Saroornagar Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370(A)(2) IPC. and Sections 3,4 and 5 of PIT Act, seeking bail.

Case of the prosecution is that on 04.12.2020, at about 16.00 hours, complainant received credible information regarding running of brothel house at Ganesh Lodge, Dilsukhnagar, Saroornagar. Based on the said information, they rushed to the said place and apprehended Juttu Mahender and others and seized incriminating material.

None appears for petitioner.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that one more case is also pending against petitioner. It is submitted that petitioner was remanded on 09.09.2021 and since then, he has been languishing in jail. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that charge-sheet has already been filed. 5.

Taking into consideration the fact that petitioner has been languishing in jail since 09.09.2021 and as investigation is completed and charge-sheet is already filed, this Court deems it appropriate to grant bail to him.

The Criminal Petition is therefore, allowed. Petitioner - Accused No. 1 shall be enlarged on bail in connection with Crime

No. 762 of 2020 on the file of P.S. Saroornagar on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of VI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar. If petitioner indulges in any of these activities, prosecution is at liberty to file an Application seeking cancellation of bail. ___________________________ LALITHA KANNEGANTI, J 16th December 2021 ksld
