I I This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1,973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitionerAccused No.2 to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.68 of 2016 of Meerpet police station, Cyberabad District filed for the offences punishable under Sections 4t9, 420, 468, 471 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. perused the record.

Since, the case is at the stage of investigation, thls Court deems it appropriate to direct the Investigating Officer in respect of FIR No.68 of 2016 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Meerpet police station, Cyberabad District, to conclude investigation as expeditiously as possible, without arresting this petitioner. The petitioner shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer as and when required in concluding the investigation.
