HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No. 783 of 2016 ORDER:

The present contempt case is filed questioning non compliance of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No. 40200 of 2012.

Vide order dated 14th August, 2015, this Court disposed of the W.P. directing the third respondent to consider the representation dated 31.10.2012, if any, made by the petitioner for correction of entries in the revenue records in respect of land in Sy.Nos. 203/ A and 241 situated at Divitipalli Village, Wardhannapet Mandal, Warangal District and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Pleader placed on record Memo No.B/ 1722/ 2015, dated 02.01.2018 issued by the Tahsildar, Wardhannapet Mandal showing compliance of the order passed by this Court. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
