Vankayala Murali Gopala Krishna, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.45052 of 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes existing between the petitioner and the 4th respondent in any manner and to quash the proceedings in C.F.R.No.7700 of 2016 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Piduguralla.
Heard and perused the material available on record. The grievance of the petitioner is that without there being registration of any crime, the 3rd respondent at the instance of 4th respondent is interfering with the civil rights of the petitioner and compelling the petitioner to settle the civil dispute existing with the 4th respondent.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted that the 3rd respondent is not intending to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent. However, this order will not stand in the way of the 3rd respondent to register a case, if any complaint is lodged against the petitioner disclosing cognizable offence. No costs.
