It is represented by Sri B. Sudhakar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, that after filing the contempt case, the respondents have stopped interfering with the possession of the subject property of the petitioner and complied with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.17788 of 2022, dated 12.04.2022.

Recording the said submission, the contempt case is closed and the respondents are discharged. In case, if there is any violation in future, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
