Heard counsel for petitioner and the Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that without showing petitioner's name in the impugned Notification, respondents are proceeding to determine the compensation payable to a third party, that petitioner gave a representation on 23.06.2018 to all the respondents, and that they have not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondents states that the petitioner's representation will be considered at the time of passing of the award by the 2nd respondent and in view of the dispute as to apportionment of compensation appropriate reference will be made under Section 76 to the Authority notified under Section 51 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. 4.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation at the time of passing of the award and to also make appropriate reference under Section 76, in relation to the dispute as to apportionment of compensation,

to the Authority notified under Section 51 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
