OFFICE NOTE 16.06.2025 SN, J Heard Sri Srinivasa Rao Madiraju, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner who places reliance on the averments made in para Nos.6 to 11 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the 2nd respondent and contends that it is factually incorrect to state that no juniors to the petitioner had been allotted to petitioner's preference place vide impugned proceedings dated 31.03.2022 and the same is factually incorrect and, therefore, the petitioner is entitled for the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition, in view of the fact that two Scheduled Caste candidates junior to the petitioner had been allotted to the Mahabubnagar District, who are at Serial No. 3 and 15 respectively in the seniority list.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I appearing on behalf of respondents seeks time to obtain instructions.
