HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO. 1717 OF 2015 ORDER:

Learned Government Pleader as well as learned counsel representing the petitioners stated that in accordance with the directions of this Court, the request of the petitioners, for allotment of house site pattas was considered.

The Learned Government Pleader produced an endorsement dated 20.8.2015, which was in response to the representations submitted by the petitioners. If petitioners still have grievance regarding allocation of house site pattas, they have to independently work out their remedies.

So far as this Contempt Case is concerned, the endorsement would show that the respondent has complied with the directions of this Court. Recording the same, this Contempt Case is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
