THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.3300 of 2011 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner/wife in this revision filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is that the learned Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District tagged the MC.no.243 of 2009 to OP.no.1117 of 2009 filed by her for divorce and the petition filed by the respondent/husband for restoration of conjugal rights and is going on adjourning the MC.no.243 of 2009 since last two years prior to the filing of the revision petition and that for non granting of maintenance the petitioner is unable to sustain herself and that she has become a burden on her parents. Having stated so, she invoked the jurisdiction of this Court by filing the present CRP.

2. When the revision is taken up for hearing today, none appeared. The note of the Registry shows that MC.no.243 of 2009 was disposed of on 29.11.2011 and OP.no.1117 of 2009 was also disposed of on 20.04.2012. Therefore, it is obvious that nothing survives for adjudication in this revision and the revision has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
