THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24233 OF 2013 and CONTEMPT CASE No.192 OF 2014 COMMON ORDER:

W.P.No.24233/2013 was filed challenging the action of respondents in not taking into account the N.M.R. service put up by the petitioners for the purpose of granting pension. This Court, by order dated 12.09.2013, granted interim direction. When the said direction was not complied with, Contempt Case No.192/2014 was filed by the petitioners. When both the matters are taken up for consideration, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents produced before this Court a copy of the order dated 28.09.2016 passed by the Divisional Electrical Engineer, Operation, Anantapur, in compliance with the order dated 12.09.2013 passed by this Court and also granting the prayer sought for by the petitioners. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the Writ Petition as well as in the Contempt Case. Accordingly, W.P.No.24233/2013 and C.C.No.192/2014 are closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
