The petitioners are seeking a direction to grant affiliation to their institutions in pursuance of G.O.Rt.No.140, Higher Education (CE) Department, dated 09-07-2018 in some writ petitions and besides affiliation, they sought direction to grant G.O. to run their institutions in some writ petitions. As the relief sought is similar, these writ petitions are being disposed of by common order.

As on today, the G.O.Rt.No.140, Higher Education (CE) Department, dated 09-07-2018, on which learned counsel for the petitioners is placing reliance, is kept in abeyance by the Government of Andhra Pradesh by way of issuing G.O.Rt.No.182, Higher Education (CE) Department, dated 21-08-2018.

In view of the same, no relief can be granted in the writ petitions. Since learned counsel for the petitioners wants to challenge the said G.O.Rt.No.182, dated 21-08-2018, these writ petitions are dismissed granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the same. As a sequel to the disposal of these petitions, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
