THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND THE HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No. 23649 OF 2010 O R D E R: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) Learned Government Pleader for Services (Telangana) would submit that this Writ Petition is directed against an interlocutory order passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal pending O.A.No. 779 of 2009 on its file. Subsequent to the institution of this Writ Petition, it appears the said O.A. itself was dismissed. The interim orders, if any passed by a Court during the pendency of the main matter, would stand automatically dissolved in the event the main matter gets dismissed.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this Writ Petition.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
