THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN And THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.34645 of 2012 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Both Sri Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri B.Narasimha Sarma, learned Senior Standing Counsel for the Income Tax Department, would agree that the subject-matter of this Writ Petition is covered by an order passed by this Court in Vivekananda Educational Society v. Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, A.P. and Telangana ( order in W.P.No.31892 of 2015 dated 29.12.2015).

Following the abovesaid order, and in terms thereof, this Writ Petition is also disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
