HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 13347 of 2013 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

" issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the impugned order bearing Lr.No.AST/ 1406/ F-109/ 2012, dated 31.05.2012 issued by the third respondent as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India; and consequently set aside the same and direct an enquiry and investigation by an independent investigating agency of the State against the fourth respondent with regard to irregularities committed by him by misusing the powers as Chief Executive Officer, Aarogyasri Health Care Trust and initiate action against him."

2) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, subsequent to the order passed by this Court on 29.04.2013, the petitioner filed an appeal, in which appropriate orders are passed. In view of the above, he submits that nothing survives for adjudication. 3) Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
