Heard Sri Y. Raveendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Environment and Forests Department, State of Telangana appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a fresh application will be made by the petitioner herein for grant of license.

3. In view of the above said submission, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission itself, keeping it open for the petitioner to submit an appropriate application afresh for grant of license, with a further direction to the respondents to consider the same and take necessary action in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) months. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present Writ Petition, stand closed.
