HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.25015 OF 2019 ORDER (ORAL) :

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in taking action pursuant to her complaint dated 06.11.2019 against unofficial respondent Nos.5 and 6, as being illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard Sri D. Pochaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4, and Sri P. Lakshma Reddy, learned counsel for unofficial respondent Nos.5 and 6, and perused the material on record.

3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home based on the written instructions dated 18.11.2019, a copy of which is placed before this Court along with a copy of the requisition dated 06.11.2019, submits that since the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.11.2019 discloses non-cognizable offences, on the same day, respondent No.4 - Station House Officer, Ramakrishnapur Police Station, Mandamarri Mandal, Mancherial District, sought permission from the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mancherial, for enquiring and registration of crime through the aforestated requisition and the same is awaited, as such, immediately after receiving permission, action will be taken against the concerned as per law.

In view of the aforesaid assertion made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on behalf of the unofficial respondents in response to non-registration of crime based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.11.2019, this Court is of the view that no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition.

5. Therefore, recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
