Indla Nageswara Rao v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh, Rep. By The Principal
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.679 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard.
The grievance of the petitioner is that though FIR No.371 of 2013 was registered on 01-06-2013, investigation is not completed and charge-sheet is not filed.
The instructions of the learned Government Pleader state that the investigating officer examined four witnesses and due to change of investigating officers, the investigation could not be completed. However, the 5th respondent assured that he would complete the investigation and file appropriate charge-sheet before the jurisdictional court expeditiously.
In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to complete the investigation and file appropriate chargesheet/final report before the jurisdictional court expeditiously, preferably two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
