This revision petition is arising out of the order dated 19.09.2006 in E.P.No.32 of 2005 in F.C.O.P No.209 of 2005 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad. The revision petitioner is the decree holder. 2.
The revision petitioner filed E.P.No.32 of 2005 in F.C.O.P No.209 of 2005 for execution of Award passed by the Lok Adalat. The said E.P. was dismissed. Being aggrieved by the same, the present revision petition has been preferred.

Heard Sri Pradeep, learned counsel for the revision petitioner; and Sri V. Hanumanth Rao, learned counsel for the respondent. 4.
Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the revision petitioner's visiting rights are denied and the revision petitioner is not even allowed to see his daughter and hence he filed this revision petition and, therefore, requested for visiting rights. 5.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the revision petitioner has not made any effort to visit the child and in case if he intends to visit the child, the respondent has no objection to show the child to the revision petitioner. He further submits that the daughter of the revision petitioner is becoming major within a couple of months and thereafter she can choose where she wanted to stay. 6.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and since the child is becoming major in another two months, in the meanwhile, if the revision petitioner intends to visit the child, the respondent is directed to
take the child before the Lok Adalat in Srikalahasti i.e., before the Secretary, Mandal Legal Services Committee, Srikalahasti, in order to make a provision for the child to be visited by the revision petitioner. The Secretary, Mandal Legal Services Committee, Srikalahasti, may fix up any 2nd Saturday or Sunday of the month, for the purpose of visiting of child by the revision petitioner.

With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. ______________________ JUSTI CE G.
