ORDER

Summoning the Petitioners to police station, without a crime being registered is the complaint in the present writ petition. The Assistant Government Pleader, by referring to the written instructions dated 05.10.2017, submits that a complaint by petitioners daughter-in-law was made and basing on the complaint, petitioners were called to investigate the matter. Thereafter, there was no occasion to summon the petitioners. The instructions further state that compromise was effected between the parties and that 3rd respondent is neither interfering nor proposing any mediation between the parties.
