HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.18869 of 2013 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 1st respondent in calling the petitioner to the II Town Police Station, Godavarikhani, Karimnagar district without registering any crime.

This Court on 03.07.2013, while admitting the writ petition, granted interim direction in W.P.M.P.No.23060 of 2013, to the 1st respondent not to summon the petitioner to the police station without there being a crime registered against the petitioner. In view of the relief sought in the main writ petition was granted by way of interim order, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed making the interim order dated 03.07.2013 as final order in the writ petition. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
