This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction against the respondents not to evict the petitioner from the subject premises i.e. Hotel Chandra Vilas, ground floor of shopping complex 'Andhra Kesari Vipani Kalpa' at Santha Gate, Madanapalli Town, Chittoor District.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned standing counsel for respondent No. 1 submits that as there is no interim direction in the Writ Petition, auction has been conducted and the highest bidder is put in possession of the subject premises.

In view of the changed circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs. ____________________________ KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI, J.
