HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 20722 of 2015.

ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent.

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of second respondent in not allowing the petitioner to participate in the examination of Bachelor of Dental Science on account of shortfall of attendance. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that as the examinations were completed, nothing survives in the Writ Petition and it has become infructuous.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, it is left open for the petitioner to file Writ Petition afresh, if so chooses, on the fresh cause of action. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. --------------------------------------------------- JUSTICE A.
