ORDER

Learned counsel for petitioners/accused seeks permission to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file appropriate application.

Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to file application either under Section 205 of Cr.P.C. or under Section 37 of Civil Rules of Practice after serving notice, and on filing such application, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the same within one week from the date of receipt of the application in accordance with law taking into consideration the employment of petitioners/accused. 3.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
