THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.No.2 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.2011 of 2014 ORDER :

The petitioner is the accused in C.C.No.211 of 2012 on the file of the IV Addl.Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judl.Magistrate of First Class, Chittoor, outcome of Cr.No.152 of 2011 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353 and 506 IPC on the report of the 2nd respondentdefacto-complainant. Both the petitioner and the defacto-complainant along with their counsel present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.No.2 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offence. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.No.2 of 2018 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioner/ accused in C.C.No.211 of 2012 on the file of the IV Addl.Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judl.Magistrate of First Class, Chittoor.
